We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our OFSTED-approved SEND school, supporting children and young people aged 8 to 19 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing daily school operations, supporting the Headteacher, ensuring compliance with OFSTED standards, and maintaining a safe, inspiring learning environment.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for inclusive education, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for our learners.
