We are looking for a reliable and motivated Team Lead HCA / Senior Support Worker (SPW) to join our care team in the DN16 area. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care, lead by example, and support the smooth running of care home operations. This role is ideal for someone with at least 6 months’ care home experience and medication training who is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities.
